Smashing Commerce — ultrasonic, mosquito, rat and pest repellent

Hi,
I have received a product 'pest repellent' from 'smashing commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. Many times i drop mail to them but they have not replied.
I don't want to use it for single day.
They charged me 480 rupees. It costed around 30 rs. For the received product. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within 2 weeks but now not responding on calls.

PestRepellent is not effective. No benefit this item. Very bad results this item. I want return back my money. I request please reply my complaint.

It is totally duplicate product.the item show in image.and delivered item is totally different. Bad in quality. Sound coming from the product so noisy and irritaining. Sound totally harmful for the infant. Rupees for this duplicate product it's too high. Wasteful material.it is totally duplicate item.not a company product.

FAKE REPELLENT
I have received a plug- in type of device against Smashing Commerce order # HMTACTZPNM on 26 July 2018 . On initial use, I found that the item emitting strong sound against the claim that it would emit electromagnetic waves

Pest repellant ordered by me (order ID KMKV3MVGWR dated jul 19, 2018 4.06 ) has delivered, shockingly it is a fake product and it is not the product showcased in Website.. I called many times to Return/Merchant phone number, no response from them.I want refund of my money and other consequential damages

Geek retail Pvt Ltd is the merchant is also responsible for damages and refund of money which I paid
Plz replace the unit as light is off.beep sound is going.
