Hi All, I had very bad experience with SMC Insurance Brokers PVT LTD people. They cheated me by saying that they are from IRDA. The below listed people are told they are from IRDA. 1. Neha Sharma (Phone # +91 [protected]) 2. Siddarth Agarwal (Phone # +91-[protected]) 3. S K Sharma (Phone # +91 [protected]). I have received a call from Neha Sharma in January-2014. She cameto know that I am holding ING vysya policy. She told that she is calling fromIRDA. Also she told that ING Vysya is not doing well and will help to get thebrokerage amount. Then she told me to take one policy to merge ING Vysya policy andshe suggested Bharti AXA. Also informed that I will get the total fund in April -2014. Meanwhile She introduced Siddarth Agawal (in phone) and bothsuggested Bharthi AXA insurance. Finally I have taken the policy (#[protected] on Jan-2014 bypaying Rs35, 000/-(Rs Thirty five thousand) through cheque. They also told that there will be verification call and just youtell that you know everything, else they will not allow to you get thebrokerage amount. In the mean time I went to On site (Official purpose) and didn’tcontact them. I came back after 20 days and called Neha and Siddarth. Then Siddarth told me that to release the fund I need to take onemore policy. I asked him why and he convinced me saying something. Again I have purchased another policy (#[protected] on Feb-2014by paying Rs140000/- (Rs One Lakh and forty thousand) through cheque. After few days I called Siddarth and he told it is in the processand will take another few days. In April first week I received call from S K Sharma (now he istelling his name is Sandeep) and told that I won the Car in Lucky draw and needto check with Siddarth. I called Siddarth and he told to get the Car I need to payRs250000/- (Rs Two Lakh and fifty thousand only) I got suspicious on this and told I don’t want car and need mymoney (fund). He tried to convince me on this and I amreally frustrated and told it is not required. There onwards he stopped to pick my call. Then I called S K Sharma (in May) and told Siddarth is not pickingthe phone call. In the next few minutes myself, S K sharma and Siddarth hadconference call. In that S K sharma told me to pay extra amount and I declined itand told will lodge complaint. Sharma get exhausted and told me that do whatever you want. I have all proof (email discussion, SMS's and Voice mail). All are from SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt ltd and they arecheating people like anything. We have so many example in Bangalore itself . These people are cheating us. I would like to complain on BhartiAXA for supporting these types of people. They should stop to supporting SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt ltd.
