[Resolved]  Smoke House India — Sent me expired tobacco

I purchased five packs of American Spirit Blue tobacco from this company since they make the claim to only offer real, authentic products. I had high hopes when I placed my order, but when it arrived—it was COD, meaning I had to pay the courier before I could even open the package—I was really disappointed in the product's quality. They sent me packs of tobacco that are not fit for human consumption because the fungus had already infected the contents and the protective seal had already been tampered. Since the website has no contact# to reach out to, I’ve emailed them several times but to no avail. I have been defrauded of 4395/-INR by them, and I am unable to recover my money. Although it says on the website that "please contact us via email if the product is of inferior quality and we will ensure that the customer is satisfied, " this is just verbiage and no representation is offered once the package is delivered.

SmokeHouseIndia refunded me the amount for the bad batch of tobacco that they sent after I returned the products back to them. After having sent a lot of emails they finally agreed to accept the return of the item and refunded my dues. Thanks SmokeHouseIndia 👍🏻
