I have been using[protected] for last 10months and i have been charged for the same...

Recentely i come across to notice that i do not have 4 g services..

Every month i used to pay extra for data usage all because... For 2mt videos i have to wait for 5 mts to download so naturally more data is consumed

I would like to know why my 4g was not activated. When i took connecton ur office informed me that it's a 4 g connection.

I have made several complient.. Yesterday i got resolved.. Why i have to wait this much time for that

My request to your company is to refund all my data usage payment or to wave of my current month dues
