[Resolved]  Smytten — Order felted and no formal communication

Regarding my order #SM8892775
In the app they are saying order is delayed and there is no confirmation on what the delivery date is. It should have been reached by today i.e 14th march but now there is no confirmation when will I get it. This is very inconvenient for me as the concern is I am not going to be here in the mentioned address after 16th march to receive the order. Now when I am writing to the Smytten customer care I am not receiving any response. Please take this complain up to Smytten to get this resolved as soon as possible.
