Snap Buy Mobile — Complaint against a mobile shopping site

As they people called me on 21/08/2015 and told me that they are calling from snap buy mobile and they are providing mobile phones on without any interest (0%). and at that time i told them give a day to make up my mind and then i let you know and they called me very next day and ask me for my mobile requirement and i have booked an (APPLE I PHONE6 plus 64GB) and then they told me to deposit an amount of Rs=6000 to their account at bank of indIa (BOI). barring account number=[protected]. i have submit Rs=6000 in their account on 25/08/2015. and after the money has transfered into their account they said that i get my product with in 1 day.
but i heavnt get anything and then i called them to confirm and they keep on fooling me by making fake commitments and then they said company has changed their policy and i have to submit my full payment Rs=6000.
And then they said that i have get my mobile within 1 days. but till now i heavnt get anything. and now they people not even picking my phone calls.and if i call them from some another number they pick the call but after i said my name they disconnect my call.

So now i Request you to please take a hardest of action against them and please recover my amount of Rs=6000 that i have submitted into their account. i will be very thankful to you do the need full.
