Sir,
I placed order on[protected] for chimney on seeing it's specifications .In the specifications it was mentioned that it has remote facility.On receiving it I find that it has no remote facility.When I brought this to their notice first they began to bargain that we will refund Rs/ 1500 and so.When I did not accept now they are saying that it was mentioned in the description that it has no remote then why they had put that it has remote facility in specifications.Is it not deceiving the consumer .My wife is too short so she can not operate it without remote .So I want my refund.So please make me justice

u are thinking that my concern is resolved how it is resolved it was placed that it has remote facility in specifications clearly now ur customer care is saying that we mentioned in description that it has no remote actually I has not seen it is the description is correct or specification correct.The sweller saying that the description is correct.Then why he he put in specification that it has remote facility.I am saying specification is correct.UR customer care is supporting the seller on taking bribe from him .They r not hearing me more over they r wrongly interpreting the specifications..This is my second experience from snap deal Snapdeal always supports seller they do not hear the buyer.I learnt from this buying through snapdeal is foolish

One person called from the number[protected] and said he belongs to social media .He asked me what is ur problem..I said that on seeing the specifications I placed the order .In the specifications it was clearly mentioned that it has remote where in the received item there is no remote .He apologized for it If he belongs to social media what is the necessity to him to apologize to me.He also said that the seller mentioned in description that this model has no remote. I asked him at one place the seller put that this model has remote at another place the same seller put this model has no remote, in those two which one is correct .He could not answer to my point .He said we will see such that in future this type of problems can not arise ..I asked him at present what about my problem.He answered I can do nothing for u. then why he called me.Every one who calls me saying that the seller mentioned in description that this model has no remote but why don't they ask the seller why u has mentioned in specifications that this model has remote.All are talking on the side of seller.These people certainly have to learn from flipcart .I am thinking that all these people has taken bribe from the seller ..Going to snaodeal is too foolish
