[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Returned product did not pick and pay

Purchased print cultr- light pink cotton regular fit men's kurta pyzama set on 10.05.23 vide sub order id [protected]

received on 17.05.23 with big size and dirty spots on pant

requsted for return on same day 17.05.23and xb executive came on 18.05.23 to pick up and rejected due to vary with photo.
For this i called to customer care and explained the matter.
They assured that reshedulled for pick up in couple of days.
But message is there in app that pick up unsuccessful.

Again i tried to contact customercare but no response.
Pls look into the matter and resolve the issue.

On 22.05.23 The Same Xpressbee Excutive By name Rizwan Called From 9010525027 and informed that " I don't pick your product because they sent again QC with Image, you contact customer care " so i contacted Snapdeal Adviser by name Suraj, He Assured that " sorry for inconvenience caused, i am rescheduling your order pickup, we will take action against courier team as per your feed back" it is rescheduled today, will update the status after pick the product NOTE : Xpressbee Courier Excutive BY name shaik veligandla Rizvan vprove manpower, ph. no. 09010525027 is Suspectable and his behavior is very rude behavior, because he is rejecting to pick the product, by intentionally telling minor variation in buttons, which is every thing is ok. so pls track his service record and observe him, and take action accordingly. FINALLY ON 23.05.23 Shadowfax courier excutive came and picked up the product ( he called from 07314821043 & 04045208826 ) AMOUNT RECEIVED BACK ON 23.05.23 IT SELF, Thanking you
