Sndt University (ghatkopar Branch) — Admin Office staff

I wanted a transcript for higher education (aboard) so I applied for it in Dec 2021 and rohini told me to collect it in Jan 2022.

However, due to personal reason I couldn't collect it within few months initially.
Hence, I visited unfortunately in September 2022 on the day when Rohini was absent so her colleague told me that only she can hand it over to you and she is on leave, now when I called her to confirm if she is available in college to hand it over she is yelling at me that it has been 1 year and I can't find it and all of that.

Now she is telling me to pay for it again amount of 500 rupees to get another transcript and making excuses that she can't find it and all, moreover first she tried to fool me that transcript are only valid for 1 month when I told her that I will collect the invalid one she started yelling.
I don't even think she has tried to look for my document plus I have no proof that I paid for the document as college gave me college copy receipt that was submitted with my application by Rohini again.

However I'm sure they must have in records that I have paid in cash for transcript in their records.

She is not even doing the thing she is being paid for and why should I pay again to get my document when I had already paid I trusted too much and didn't take any pic of receipt however I'm sure they would have it in there records because my application was submitted.

Please help me in getting my transcript document without paying any extra and in getting it delivered at my address. As this is kind of loot.

I also have our call recording where she is making excuses, yelling and told me to pay again if I want my document.

Plus I have screenshot where she has whatsapped me the link where she told me to visit and make payment again. I have attached the screenshot below. Pls help. I went to sndt site also.
To see if I can complaint directly but it is worthless, time waste as won't do much plus there is a charge for complaining like for teaching staff and non teaching staff separately. It is kind of joke.

I also have call recording of our conversations and how she is yelling.

And doesn't want to handover my document.
