My name is M.N.LAKSHMIPATHI. My Brother M.N. Sridhar, sister M.N.Lalitha and I invested money for sites at Bethengere as per the advertisement of M/s. Sneha Townships (Formerly Sneha Developers) in the year 2006. It is nearly 8 years and we have not got sites from Sneha Townships nor got our money back. In fact when we started pestering them for refund of our money along with interest, Mr. Mukunda issued cheques in the month of Jan 2014. When the cheques were deposited in our accounts, they were dishonoured due to lack of funds in Sneha Townships account. When confronted with cheque bounce, Mr. Mukunda told us to deposit the cheques during first week of Feb 2014. According to his advice, we deposited the cheques again on Feb 6, 2014. Again the cheques were dishonoured. Again Mr. Mukunda asked us to deposit the cheques in the month of March. Since we did not have faith in his words, we started pestering him to settle our accounts through DDs. Somehow he convinced us to deposit the cheques during March by which time funds would be available in Sneha Townships account. Accordingly we deposited the cheques in March 2014, but only to be dishonoured. Since that time, we are asking for settlement through DDs. Mr. Mukunda is dodging the issue by giving dates and seeking postponement as and when the deadline approaches. Now we have decided to approach the Honourable Court by filing cheque bounce case against Sneha Townships. Hope some sense will prevail on Mr. Mukunda and settle our accounts immediately.
