Dear sir,
This is to bring to your notice that i have been recently pulled into a fraudulent act in which travel company “snow travel club (http://www.snowtravelclub.com/)” has looted inr 5, 000/- from me towards family travel trip to mumbai. On the day of booking i was communicated that the trip will cost total of 10, 000/- (Inclusive of taxes) which will include stay and site seeing.
I made the payment of inr 5, 000/- into company account [protected], below are the details for the transfer
04 apr 2019 neft dr-idfb0021331-snow travel-netbank, mum-n[protected]-mubai package 18 2 5, 000.00

Post this payment their was no response from the sales team or from booking team, on 6th march 2019 when i requested for a booking details they asked me to make the rest of the payment only then they will be sharing the booking details with me, when i refused to make the remaining payment, they called me up on monday morning (Dated 8th march 2019) they told me that they will not be able to help me out with the package because of price increase.. They asked me to send out an email requesting for a refund to (Care. [protected]@gmail.com)

With this in background i want to officially lodge a complaint against everyone who are involved in this fraudulent activity. It seems this is the business model where they initially make a false commitment, later fall back and inappropriately hoard hard earned money of common people on the name of cancellation charges. I am sure there must be several more instances which will come to light if detailed investigation conducted in this regard.
