I have booked a room in sobha aspire during dates 15-12-18 to 17-12-18 on 8th of this month through agoda. I have received the confirmation mail from agoda and they have deducted the money from my credit card. On 15th of this month when i have approached them for check in the property owner denied to provide me room saying that there are some parallel bookings happend for the same room and the room is filled. I asked for a refund and he said he will forward the mail to agoda who is the third party platform in my hotel booking. I spoke to agoda customer care about the issue and they said they will confirm it with property owner and process the repayment within 48 hours. Now the property owner is not responding the phone calls and even the agoda customer care people are not responding. Agoda the third party in hotel booking sent me a mail stating that i have checked in hotel on 15th and checked out on 17th, but in reality i havent checked in the hotel but still they have deducted the money. I really wanted to take this issue so that such hotels wont tend to do such frauds to any of the customers again. Was this information helpful? |
