I visited to Sobha Head office on dated 21/10/2022.I had written to SOBHA CRM team to explain logic behind payment schedule date based on they raised demand to bank for disbursement.
They are not able to explain wit proof so when i asked them share any valid document as proof of statement they are not responded yet till date i am raising complaint.
Example of my issue as follows..
There is line in payment schedule
"Payable in 210 from agreement date or 31 October 2022 which ever is earlier"
So i asked them how system is calculating 31 October 2002 date as per your ledger because no one knows when customer would do booking for a flat.
They are not able to show me proof or any logic how ledger system is calculating this dates.
My next payment is on 30th October and their ledger system is keep on sending me reminder of due date but on one from account team is disclosing the logic behind this date calculation.
When i asked them i will pay amount until you disclose the logic then they are started fearing me of penalty if i don't pay in due date.
Can you please look into it and help to get my right as this is right to know how they calculating due date for customer for disbursement.
My Agreement is done on 2nd September 2022.So as per date mentioned in payment schedule my next payment schedule should be 2nd September + 210 days otherwise SOBHA developer needs to explain the logic of dates they are mentioned in agreement paper to customers.
