Sobha Developers — Sobha Dream Acres- Sobha Sales person and channel Partner Fraud

I hv visited sobha dream acres to buy a flat through my sister reference bcz she has already purchased one and living in Sobha dream acres along with her husband. While booking the apartment they hv given some channel partner name where as I hv mentioned initially my sis flat no for the reference. The sales person and channel partner committed that if I will book 2 flats instead just one through channel partner. The channel partner would give 70K each flat to me out of the big benefit channel partner would made out of it. As well as my Actual referral person (my sister) will get the reference amount(min 50k based on the flat price) as the sales person would provide her another referral (out of those flat purchaser who came without any reference).
This part of deal happened in front of the channel manager (Abhinav Gupta), Vikas suryanvashi (Sobha sales person), My sister and her husband ( who is my actual reference person) along with me and my father. I make sure to have everything in written.

Now it has been one and half year since my purchase. The sales person keep on saying that he will make his commitment true and soon provide the referral to my sister.

But now today when we ask him for an update on same. He started showing a bad behaviour and rudely denied to fulfill his commitment.

I need a urgent action on same. What is commitment as a part of deal should meet. If Sobha sales person are doing fraud In that way Sobha is spoiling it’s reputation in front of their customers.

Note: If we call shoba sales person directly also they will not attend you instead they give our mobile no to any channel partner people, they will call you and give their name as reference if we book a flat. I haven't expected this kind of cheap behavior in sobha, which is spoiling sobha construction name.

For some people this issue might look small but wt ever they HV done it's wrong and being a repeated customer it's truly unfair. The referral bonus is a small amount compare to the flat price but no body is going to give a single penny from their pocket right so why would I leave it as being a repeated customer and moreover it's my flat amount which they give us back as a bonus.
