We are staying in a registered co-operative society at Mira Road, we having a water leakage problem from flat above us, the same Flat is rented.
I personally contacted owner of that Flat regarding this but he is not willing to repair the same. Before contacted him I gave written complaint to Secretory twice but they are also not looking into the matter.
Kindly let us know what legal action we can take against him as per bylaws.
