Of late we got good orders from Glowroad, but unfortunately most of the products were returned which is acceptable in ecommerce world but it was shocking to receive goods of completely different itens then what we shipped and the goods received are either rags or some low grade items.

we make videos when we open the return parcel and we duly sent to glowroad support team, but they are keen to reject everything with some flimsy reason.

we get returns from many other portals and 1 out of 50 is wrong which is also reimbursed by the portal if we have proper videos of what we received which is completely different from what we shipped.
