Sofcon — I am complaining about placement

I have a complain for Sofcon Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad. I was student in Sofcon in the month of august at Rajkot branch and then in October the Rajkot branch has been closed even my training topics are not completed they had complete my reaming one month training of PIC Controller in few days only so my placement process they shifted to Ahmedabad. I visited their 3-4 times from Rajkot to Ahmedabad just for starting process of placement but they don’t start my placement process then one day they call us and say u have to first pay remaining fees 8000rs. I have paid 17000rs at Rajkot branch. As we are going their 3-4 times they didn’t tell us but then we came back Rajkot they said u has to pay so I again went to Ahmedabad and pay remaining fees. Then after many weeks they arranged my interview in grid Bots Company in Nov. end. I get information from HR that it is embedded related company so u have to prepare well whole concept what u have learned I said ok . then in interview they asked me vlsi based questions in whole interview they asked me about chip layout design so it is general that I don’t know what to give answer if they ask me other things then I call hr so hr tell me ok I will call u back after discussion with company. Waiting 2-3 days after that I called Hr to know what happens, they didn’t even call. HR said it was a chance u had lost u have to be prepared and so on... But actually company had not asked me single question from embedded. Then they arrange interview after so much time and also I have to recall in every 2-3 days about interview so again it was arranged on 19th Dec in cimcon software. it was too good interview of course it was not related to what I have done training of it was non technical but then also I had attend it very well in fact all 2-3 rounds they have taken and after that it was final and said me from company that we will call u tomorrow to sign the agreement I said ok. this much clear thing happened then I had informed hr about interview madam said that ok they will inform me then u have to go for sign agreement again 10-12 days gone they don’t even inform I call them every time but not got an proper ans suddenly one day they said u r not selected their because u r not good in communication it was I think not a right things because interview was full in English I m an English medium student so how can I was not good in English if so then why interviewer said that u have come tomorrow to sign agreement I didn’t get that what happened. after that my interview was arrange for embedded company on 29th dec in vista it solution interview was again good but again don’t know what happens all the time Sofcon hr blaming me that u got nervous got scared in interview and so on after so good interview if not selected. after that one day I got call that in Sofcon only company is coming so come for interview it is technical job related to you so I reached their for interview at 10a.m. in Sofcon Ahmedabad center at 11a.m they gave all student paper in which some basic questions are there we have to fill that paper before interview it was PLC SCADA question and I said to madam that it is plc scada based interview so how can I give that then she said that I will talk to company they will take your interview u have to just be confident from morning 10-4p.m. they just wasted my time because after so waiting my turn has come for interview they said u have done embedded training so u can’t be selected in plc scada job u have to try on embedded not in this field and interview get over finish they just ruined my time all the time always they give me such a useless type of company then I called in head office of complain this thing then I got call from Sofcon Ahmedabad hr and said ok to clear some concept that was not done in Rajkot I will arrange class after that we don’t get any response from that many days passed and arrange an lecture on Tuesday I reach their then another madam was their they said why did you come today u have inform us before come what was that i[censored] have arranged an lecture then how can u say that things. seriously the staff have no communication between them they even don’t know which madam arranged lecture of which student on which day at that day I just set their 3-5pm on that day and sir was busy in lecture of other student madam said u have any query then u can ask sir only query I mean it was decided of lecture so how can I just ask query because if it was said that it was your query solving day then I at least get day to see whole thing and select some query to ask . On lefting center madam said don’t come directly for class without informing I will arrange class and inform u on Saturday. I think 2 month has gone I have not got call for class. And new thing has started by your Sofcon Ahmedabad staff if I call they scold me and said that if any interview or class arranged by us we will call you. u cannot call us after I stop calling and asking about interview and lectures then I got message of interview add and date on 27th Jan at hippo green electronics but this was 1st time I said no for interview because my father's grandfather was expired so I just said madam that I was busy in this so don’t get time to call u but I had talk with company that due to this I will not come for interview and after 2-3 days I got time to receive my phone in my hand so I called hr madam and said everything what happened and what I said to company for interview. and requested to Sofcon hr madam to please arrange interview after few days then she started angry on me and said we have lots of students u r not only so we give u only company. I don’t have now any company for next 15 days, I said ok madam not an issue so she said even after 1 month I can able to give not 15 days then also I said ok madam. she said then don’t call me, or even I also don’t get call from your mother that arrange any interview for month I said ok fine madam this was last call from me and of course last conversation they said me after 1 month I will give u company for interview till that don’t tell me for interview from that it was talk on 29th Jan 2017. Today is 19th march 2017 I think 1 month has gone but not a single call from hr. As I m complaining they will call but too much rude response they will give to us. I just want to say that give me proper kind of interview job or else refund my fees back to me. And also request to co-operate with me give response of this mail. Thanking you!!
