On dec 23rd 2021 i recieved a direct deposit into my account from my insurance companhy it for over 20000 dollars i open my account 3months prior to that lnever recieved a debit card so when i recievd my funds i requested one logged into my account paid a few bills never touch it again
i receved a text saying i took money at a casino so icalled to let them no it was not me then logged into my account to discover my money was gone filed a police report and then contacted sofi to file a dispute they froze my account and after that closed it no one has ever contacted me and secrity never answer the phone ive left sevral messagse for someone to reach out to all i recived was a email stateing no erorr from jhana sofi money operation department i upload my police reports and still no phone call or anything i dont no if they are a scam and stole my money i dont no what to do Was this information helpful? |
