SOL Delhi University — Payment debited from card not but not credit in relevent Sol ID

I've made transaction on 15th Jan 2015 but an amount of 3402.81 Rs debited from the card but transaction was updated an another Sol ID twice, ID is mention in bracket ([protected])..
