Solar square company has deducted an extra EMI from my bank.
Despite raising the issue on mulitiple channels and to multiple staff members, I have not received my refund for the extra EMI deducted.
it has been 4 months and I see no development in my case. The company and its staff has become non-responsive to my appeal.
Staff and customer service executives are not reachable and their intent to return the money is doubtful now.
