I had ordered two shoes amounting to a total of 9580 from an instagram page @solemates.chd on December 16. I was never sent the tracking id for which they gave the reason as, “we ship in bulk so we don’t keep track”. Fast forward to 28 January, 2023 and I still haven’t received the shoes. I’ve been told that they’ve reshipped but the proof of shipment, the tracking id was never sent at all. I have checked with the courier service through which they said the shoes were shipped through, nothing was found under my name. Stay away from this scam of a page. I was told the reason why I never received the shoes was because I come from a minority state. While other stuff from the same place gets delivered in less than a week, wonder where my shoes are.
