Somany Ceramics — toilet seat water auto drain and flush system proper not working

I had purchased somany wall mounted seat
And i am very disappointed because water going during flush is not working properly.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
I had recently new construction in faridabad
But only somany company disappointed me regarding wall mounted seat. No water is coming in seat property. The cost of wall mounted seat is 8000 rupees and it's not worth for me till the water is not flush property
