Somany Ceramics — Very poor tiles and sanitary quality and services

I have bought bathroom tiles and sanitary from Somany dealer in Sahibabad area in Ghaziabad on next floor to MR Hyundai showroom. the dealer named as Kohinoor Stone Impex, i have very disappointing experience with dealer as well as company, found many tiles cracked from center and corner I complaint this to dealer he said he is not responsible for this as company claims there are chances for 10% tiles may be cracked and faulty I was surprised at this I had an argument with him and told to return remaining boxes and give my money back but he was not ready even after lodging complaint at customer care nothing happened.
Next day the mixture I bought for my bathroom was also faulty it was having continuous leakage now company is not even ready to return this neither dealer nor company is taking responsibility they are saying we will repair it, now tell even I have not used this its fault was caught on fitting without using then why these idits are not returning.

I request all the customers beware of somany its products as well as dealers they all are pathetic
