Hi,
I called Sona water solutions to come and repair my kent, Ahamed ([protected]) came and said that this and that filer is damaged and sold AMC to me for 3, 800rs and told that let the water fill in for 1-2 times and then use.
Next day when i tried the water, it did not taste right, i called them back and requested to come and check, after 1 week i was able to get it tested and it showed as 580 TDS, where as its suppose to be below 50.
Now they need to replace a actual faulty filer but they are not willing to come and repair it, they say tomorrow someone will come but that tomorrow never came.
Since i have AMC they are not willing to come and repair, where as I have already paid for AMC, they are not doing it for free but they are a fraud company and they only sell their AMC and not provide the service.
I have been following up with them, calling them 2-3 times a day, now they don't pick up calls also. Was this information helpful? | 
I bought Aquaguard plus water purifier machine from Sona Water Solutions in DEC 2018. I paid 6600 for this machine. On bill GST number is mentioned and that GST number is wrong. Can someone please suggest where I can complaint about this.
