I am ex-employee of Sons India Software, ie in the starting ie in year 2000, i am in the team who developed templesandhra.com, now i m in project manager position, because I am getting some bigger position, they are looking for by background verification, so i am searching for the company website and phone number which are not working...

Why are Indians poor despite India not being so?
The reason there is such abject poverty in our country is due to population explosion. People from small towns live with a fallacy that if they had more children(sons india), they would over a period of time be better off. This regressive thought is due to lack of education and vote bank politics in our country both of which happen due to money meant for education being siphoned off...

I am aravind mathur, working in Sons India Software from past 22 months, ie I joined the company as a programmer in the month April on 3rd, as told salary is 12,000/- as a B.Tech Fresher I accepted the salary at that time, coz it is time of recession, i had to accept the offer, from them they didt increase the salary till now, when ever i ask about that they postpone for one month........

I Karunakar who was working in Sons India Software Pvt Ltd from the past 4 years, did not get the salary hike this year as committed by the company, for this they are telling all the scenarios of the market which is irrelevant to me, i had worked and i want my payment that's all, know i am uniting all my colleague to talk over this issue with the management.
