Sony Power Bank — Product of sony power bank

I have placed prepaid order of sony power bank amount of rs 369.90/- through dhamal shop.com on[protected].
The order was confirmed & the said amount was deducted from my netbanking but still the product is not any information email id & mobile address. I was requesting them to delivery sony power bank & cancel my order, so as such it is requested to kindly solve my problem by way of refund my amount of rs 369.90/- asap please help me out with this i request you.
