I just want to bring following points in your notice
I purchased this handset on[protected]. There was some problem with handset so i submitted the same to service centre under ticket ID [protected] dated 19-Dec-2014.Then Again the same problem persist so again I submitted the same to service center under ticket ID [protected] dated 05-Jan-2015. Still problem was not resolved so again on same date I submitted the same to service center under ticket ID [protected].
Now this was the fourth time i was facing problem with my handset about Camera Blure & Touch time so again I submitted the same to service centre on 28-Jan-2015 under Ticket Id [protected]. Now you can see quality of your product that I had spend approx 25000 rupees on this handset & for such a headache.
Can somebody help me to get replacement of this worst thing? Was this information helpful? |
