S-210 Panchshila Park Basement property is being modified and being put to wrong use. The details are as under
1. The front wall of Basement has been broken and window open on the public land i.e. On the Road.
2. The Basement is being partitioned and provided with toilets and Bathrooms/kitchen/Pantry.
3. The Basement was sealed in[protected] for indulging in illegal and immoral activities leading to serious law and order problem for neighbours.
4. It was desealed 2008-09 on undertaking that it will not be put to any wrong or illegal use.
5. It is not registered for Mixed land Use nor it fulfills the conditions prescribed for it in Category A colony.
6. It is neither situated on 18 meter ROW nor safety and fire conditions complied. there is no set back nor any parking space around.
7. Even professional activity by way of renting the Basement to Lawyers is illegal and impermissible. nor such renting in 2014 is protected under any court order for Lawyers office.
8. No property tax nor penalty for misusing the Basement for commercial activities upto 2007 has been charged nor paid.
