I wish to draw your attention to the illegal construction going on at Third and Fourth floor of S 70, Greater Kaialsh Part 1 by Mr Saleem. I am aware that the matter of the third floor is subjudice, which has been built in 2015 without any planning approval.

1. Third floor was built during 2015 without any planning approval, for which matter is before MCD Tribunal
2. But a lot of structure has been built on the fourth floor as well, without any permission or approval and this is not covered under the above case.
3. The fourth floor, though said to be temporary, is still not allowed and needs to be demolished completely and immediately.
4. Lift has been installed on ground floor premises, without any permission or approval and being used illegally.

You are requested to take steps to remove all structure from fourth floor of S 70, Greater Kailash 1, whether temporary or otherwise, as it is infringement of rules and also encroachment on the rights of the other owners of the building, and also seal the lift and arrange to remove the same soon.

Your early action in this regard is requested to bring sanity to the system.
