South Delhi Municipal Corporation — sluggish server of sdmc resulting in non payment of property tax

I have been trying to make online payment of property tax fir 2018 19 by visiting sdmc website sincr last 5 days. Every time this fancy website welcomes you but at tge window where credit card/debit card option is given, it stops, freezes and hangs. Ironicalky, their customer care tele2no is also nit working. This seems a deliberate scheme by these unscrupulous guys to stop you from making payments within the specified time period, so that tgey can charge late payment penalty as well as withdraw the rebate given fir prompt paynrnts!!! Soneone should set this drama right and save the citizens. Tks p r prasad delhi
