South India Shopping Mall — Bad Customer service - Loosing customers

Dear Venkateswarlu, Rajamouli, Satyanarayana, and Prasada Rao Sirs,

Iam writing this with a deep regret, dissapointed and bad customer service by one of your Store manager RK(Ramakrishna) in Abids store. Myself and all our family members are regular customers of South India Shopping mall since many years and every quarter we business for Rs. 50000 to 1Lakh.

This is with reference to the In-Store shopping o[censored]nstiched Kurta Pyjama fabric from your Abids store in the month of January/February 2022 amounting to Rs. 900 + 900 tailoring. After first use(only 5hrs) and after first wash pills/lint balls/fuzz balls appears on complete cloth. Immediately after seeing the defect of textile I visited your store and shared concern and requested to talk to fabric manufacturer and do the replacement. The sales supervisor investigated and requested to leave the stitched fabric to discuss with the store manager and manufacturer for replacement.

After one and half week of long wait when I didn't hear from the store I visited to enquire about an update wherein sales supervisor requested to talk with mannerless Store Manager RK(Ramakrishna). It was very embarrassing when RK store manager was addressing the issue keeping customer to stand and himself sitting on the chair with an attitude(check CCTV footage).

More interestingly after accepting manufacturing defect in textile, I am shocked/surprised when he said we do not guarantee quality on any fabric and also we do not have any such replacement policy. Please train such employees about policies (https://www.southindiaeshop.com) and norms before business collapse by loosing loyal customers. A local vendors who sells fabric at the roadside have replacement policy on mafucturer defect item and they boldly say no issues, we will return to the Dealer/manufacturer. But, your store manager completely changed/ruined my mind towards your corporate business.

Hence, being a customer, I demand an apology and a replacement if you want to retain us.
