Dear sir,

This is a reference to my atm hacked in your south indian atm machine in mumbra branch kausa talao 400612.

I was with drawl my money from south indian atm machine 8/9/17 with drawl amount 10, 000/-.

After the 8/9/17 my atm was hacked in your south indian atm machine, my money was gone in fraud that time rs 114 lac.

My account is in state bank of india thane pokhran road no 2.

After a long follow up i was received rs 80, 000/-.

I clearly mentioned in mail state bank of india my cell phone is under repair 3 days 9th september to 15th september i just hear the news money was hacked from atm machine those people are withdrawal the money from south indian atm machine the last 7th to 9th of september, i am shocked i am also with drawl from south indian atm machine last withdrawal i was gone south indian atm machine the date is 9th september 2017.

My friend called me on 11th september he told me maximum people amounts of money are hacked in south indian atm machine you check your account i am totally surprised i also with drawl from south indian atm machine from last transaction 9th september.

11th of september i am in the office, my office is vikhroli lbs marg when my friend was called i was checked the amount nearest atm machine in my office is bharat bank atm i was checked & is total empty too much is late.

34, 000 is big amount for me and i am the belong from middle-class family 34, 000 is a big amount for me i requesting you please clear my amount.

I was received your after long days lho & bank given me refund rs 80, 000/- how you settled the amount its not my fault, its the atm machine fault its south indian atm machine & bankers fault.

I was gone south indian atm machine to swipe to atm & with drawl my money its my fault to with drawl my money.

South indian atm machine outside there is no guard its my fault.

I was kept my money in state bank of india rs 114 lac its my fault to keep my money in sbi.

Last 194 days 1 was follow up sbi people my rs 34, 000/- still pending.

For my last mail i was clearly mention my mobile is under repair i was show you mobile bill also and you people saying its my fault you didn't blocked your card.

How i block the card after this case happens i hear to my friend you check your account.
