I juz transferred an amount of Rs.650/- to jio money wallet from my sib account on 07.04.17. but transaction was failed and amount was not loaded into jio money wallet, but it was deducted from my sib account. After these 4 days it didn't credited to any of accounts either sib or jio money. So kindly do the needful to refund the same to my sib account. Please take the matter most urgent. Screenshot of transaction is also attached along with this.
