I have booked my bike bajaj pulsar 180 with the registration number ap29ac5350 from secunderabad as luggage along with me (Pnr # [protected]) on train # 18111 tata-ypr express on 27th may with the prr # [protected] and pwb # a1746899 on receipt. This was supposed to be delivered/unloaded at kadur station. Upon reaching kadur at 14:45pm on 28th may, it got overcarried to ypr as the guard instructed the seal wasn’t put for kadur & there was no unloading at kadur. The bike should have reached ypr on 28th may evening. I tried calling yeshwantpur parcel office several times since 28th may to find out which train it will put back on but my calls are not answered and no one bothered to even sms/call. The calls to the station master (Sm) office at ypr are also not picked up.
When i contacted station master at kadur, he said they stopped unloading luggage there since the last five years instead it will be sent to birur. Today is 31st may and there is no trace of my bike and i have no response from anyone in the ypr parcel office. I was told today by kadur sm after he spoke to ypr office internally on 51024 number that it will be sent to sbc and then put on some passenger train to kadur/birur. But the bike is not put on any luggage van of any train so far today. Kindly look into this matter asap and update when my bike will be sent. This is serious negligence on the part of the parcel staff and everyone responsible in the department. This has caused great inconvenience to me as i am held up at kadur because of this. I have already spent rs.3000 on lodging at kadur & wasting 3 days unnecessarily because of the incompetency and carelessness of the railway staff. Can someone help me please?
