I am a consumer of your esteemed company Due to renovation of your deptt, service wire connections and installation of new poles were carried out. I have 6 domestic connection in the same house Previously, the connections were safe but I was advised that cable wires of all connections are to be replaced as they are damaged .Hence, the concerned contractors and linemen connected the same wire with an advice to re;port the matter to JE/SDO I lodged the complaint on the second week of March, 2021 But no site visit or replacement has been done. I went to Meet JE today who was perhaps on field duty. I met SDO, On seeing SHOUTED AT ME WHO ARE YOU He saw the complaint on my hand . Due to change of connection from old to new poles, the connecting cables pass through live coconut trees and also passes over head and are within easy reach of of hands of any one SINCE LAST 60 YEARS, I NEVER REMINDED BUT THIS INCIDENT MADE ME FEEL HARASSED . I came back without submitting the reminder . Kindly advise your SDO Jeypore to be polite with consumers and with senior citizens in particular Was this information helpful? |
