As a first step of the Consumer, I registered my Complaint at Sarooragar CSC/ICSC, Auto Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad 500070 by paying Rs120 towards DD as per the Complaints handling procedure. I filed the grievances in the Customer Service Center stating that "Meter Running Fast". Acknowledgement: Complaint Reference No: CC[protected] Dated 22/04/2021 Nature of complaint : 1 Ph-METER TESTING CHARGES Unique Service No.:[protected] What is utterly horrendous is that from 22nd of last month to 17th of this month NO ONE from TSSPDCL contacted me to redress my genuine grievance. On referring to TSSPDCL Website, I found that Complaint Status Check Status in TSSPDCL DASHBOARD shows "Reject" When I verified - Know Your Case under "Online Services" it shows "No records found with Unique Service No " I believe that you will function independently and impartially without allowing any scope for ‘doubt’ and resolve my candid grievances concerning electricity meter testing.
