Sir i have approached the concerned staff regarding refund for the ticket cancellation but i haven't received appropriate response from them as per the railway regulations refund can be proccesed before half n hour for the departures, but i have applied before 2 hours of the journey they havent given proper response and told that we didn't approached them.. So if anything required Kindly check with the CCTV footage, i request you to refund me the amount
