Southern Railway — missed my luggage

I'm sheik abdul kader,

I was travelling from the tenkasi to chennai from pothigai express 23-04-19. Train no 12662. Coach s7, seat no 71.

I forgot to take my luggage while getting down in tambaram.

Kindly help in finding my luggage.

Luggage details.
A "chennai silks yellow bag"
Having kitchen utensils.

In Mangalore Junction railway station peoples are not allowed to park at least 5 minutes also. I'm standing with my bike but they are asking for money and using bad words. I'm not suppose to park peoples are not allowed to waiting also just for 5 minutes. Not understand what kind of rule is this.
