Southernrailway — Cancellation ticket fees recover huge amount from me in thanjavur railway station counter

I have reserved a ticket from thanjavur to katpadijunction.my ticket number is 12636685.The total fare is 490.today(31.3.2016).I cancelled my ticket.but refund is only given 310.the reservation fees is 20X3=60.But, In thanjavur railwaystation ticket counter staff taken 60X3=180 rupees.She exceeds 120 rupees.So please take the necessary action for getting my amount.
