Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for passport at Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) Ghaziabad on 17th March 2023. Police verification was carried out by Kaushambi police station, Ghaziabad and report was sent to SP office Ghaziabad for review (File no. GZ[protected]. It's pending for review and final approval with SP office. I have to urgently apply for visa related to my work which is a time bound task and require passport for this. I would be grateful to SP office if approval on my police verification is provided and report is sent to Regional Passport Office Ghaziabad at the earliest.
