My Name is SurajKumar Sharma I worked with Spanco BPO in Reliable tech part unit as a Customer Care Executive. I had resigned from the company on feb 2013 because they were not providing leaves even after 6 months. I was supposed to get my full & final settlement amount within or in 45 days. I had spoken with the HR department several times but they always assured me that we will finalized your payment it will take time. Still their answer is same its more than 7 years passed but still waiting for their positive answer and my due amount.
What should I do now where to go to do complain about this company.
A strict action is required against this company so that they should not play with employees.
