Spar Hypermarket Coimbatore — Staff rude unethical languages

This incident happened at Coimbatore spar hypermarket. We took our baby for shopping, after shopping was done we were at the billing counter. At the counter my child saw diary milk and he was pestering to eat it, as it was standing in the queue I requested billing person to add it in the bill so that the child can eat as he is crying for it. He agreed and line got moving and when I approached billing, we paid all the amount including for the dairy milk. Total bill amount was around rs.3600. Suddenly a lady staff rushed to the counter asking me there was a kit kat wrap at the ground she could see and she insisted that we only took it and ate. When I asked her to check CCTV for the proof, she left quietly but with a starring face. At the exit she was using all unethical languages in Tamil serupala adipen ( will beat you in slipper), she was very rude and not only she one more lady staff was also using all unethical words. Are you people running hypermarket under any proper supervision or not. We wonder only staff at the store be owners of Spar Hypermarket. There was no supervisior or manager at the store to handle the issue.
