[protected]. how can you mark the complaint as resolved i havent received any mails from your side and still the unauthorised activities are going on ?? Dear sir / madam, I am the resident of virar and one of my relative is coming in speakwell. The student is absolutely not happy with the services provided by speakwell. The complaints are as follows :- 1. Distributing the pamplet of 999 and when the students goes for inquiry the fees goes up to 20 k to 35 k 2. Catching all the people with pamplet and insisting them for the booking amount. 3. No quality training is being provided only false commitment are being made. 4. The student has paid the fees and still not satisfied the female councelor speak rudely with the students, every alternate day ask for the pending fees and if they are not able to pay due to some circumstances then they tell them to stop the course. Their motto is not providing training but collecting full fees in advance. 5. The owner mr shaafiq is not present all the time. The counselor cum assistant mrs krushna talks on his behalf for payments and if the students are not able to pay on time they have to give pdc chq even the faculty are involved for payments nobody is asking them how their classes are going 6. Their regular pamplet distributing is making the roads dirty cause nobody is reading the pamplet everybody are throwing it. There are suggestion by which they can change their reputation. But personally i would not like to suggest any one this class the name is giving a bad impact on the virar residents all the majority students have complaints I would be very obliged if the the consumer council takes the serious action against this institutes. They are giving wrong commitment and making money in the name of education institutes. We have also informed to the people of bahujan vikas aghadi regarding this matter.
