Dealing with this packer & mover was an utter nightmare... I have sent my house hold goods from Delhi to Hubli, he took 70% (very rare case) advance and balance on delivery but once the goods reached Bangalore Mr Sandeep +(91)-[protected], started asking for balance 30% payment to be transferred before delivery in his bank account otherwise he will not move the material from Bangalore to destination Hubli... material was lying in Bangalore for more than a week then had to the help of Bangalore Police senior officers and forced them to deliver the goods to Hubli.. Once the vehicle reached to our house Sandeep says i don't have labor you have to do the unloading by yourself where as as per the deal he has to unpack the goods as well. after having so much of trouble then finally we have unloaded the goods and found many things were broken, ie. Air-conditioner etc... They have shipped many items without packing... many items were missing... If you search on google you will find tons of legal complaints against these firms.. This guy Sandeep is not even scared of any legal case filed against him... Committed timeline for delivery was 7-10 days but we received our goods in 22 days that too after so much mental stress and taking the help/obligation of police. We look for products & services on just dial and expect that Just Dial do not list any such companies for a bare little money and tons of consumers loose out there lacs of rupees in form of case of material damages... I would suggest the board members of Just Dial to verify (Not talking about JD Verification to select paid Members) the listed vendors and in enrollment form they must add a section... "Have you ever been convicted due to business?" Pl do inculcate some ethical practice in your enrollment system... ultimately we give business to your customers so you can definitely forgo some chunk of your revenue by loosing out such junks!!!
