Dr Tanuj Limbasiya had booked a spicejet flight no sg 501 from Ahmedabad to Chennai on 1st Oct 2015 6 am.when I went to collect my boarding pass they refused to give me on the basis of me coming late though I had reported at 5.15am.I requested them for 20 mins but still they refused and behaved rudely to just go and book other flight. I had to suffer so much mental and financial trauma because I had to report for a fellowship program and I had to book jet airways flight of 20000rs.after I reached chennai I came to know that spicejet flight was taken off early at 5.47 am only and they had not informed us by message or phone.
