I purchased a car on 28th Oct and returned the same back on 30th Oct reason 2010 model was driven only for 27K KM but the tyres or doesn't seems so. Wrong committment at the time of purchase made me feel insecure. I'm been struggling to get the refund back. Person who received the car back informed within 3 working days refund will be credited, no response received. I raised a request calling their call center later they asked to submit cheque copy and refund will be processed on same day.
1. Manju escalation team had disconnected call and no call back was given as promised.

3. few don't know their CEO name, few denied to share their managers name.

4. No option to transfer call to their supervisors

5. 24 hours required to arrange call back from supervisor.

if they want to earn money from customers they can opt for fintech quitting used car sales service.
