Spinny — Accidental Car Sold to me Hundai i10 Magna 2014 model Petrol engine Manual

In the month of Nov 2022, I purchased a car from the Spinny Pune branch at seasons mall Magarpatta city. I decided to purchase the car from them with only one condition which they highly meant and keep on saying to all their customers, That they don't procure accidental cars and they don't sell any accidental cars to the customers.
But in my case, they sold me an accidental car, this came to light when spinny asked me to call ICICI Lombard insurance company to start my process of name transfer from 1st owner to my name when I called Insurance they took all my information of RC and Policy which supposed to be transferred on my name. After that, they provided me with the information saying that the process could not be processed further as there is an ongoing claim which needs to be settled or withdrawn. on that basis, I asked them to provide me with the information on the claim made. They said the car was hit by a truck on the right side of the driver due to which the claim was claimed and is still in process. The claim was made in the year 2016 and I purchased the car in the year 2022. After gathering all the information I contacted Spinny and also I was asked by ICICI Lombard to contact the vendor from where I purchased the car.
Now When I informed spinny about the incident they are not responding with a solution either they are not ready to solve my issue, I asked them to refund my money or replace the car with another car with the same amount of value I paid which was 4lac 24 thousand INR.
This is almost started Dec end and till now they are not ready to resolve my problem. The car is parked in my parking because I can't drive without insurance and the Insurance is not in my name. Basically, my 4. lac 24 thousand INR is wasted on that accidental car and now when I want to replace they don't want to do anything in this regard.
Now they keep on asking me to wait, almost a month above and my issue is unresolved. Secondly, the old Insurance will expire soon and I assume they want this to happen to get expire so that they will not be caught liable for anything. So I decided to complain to you guys.
I am asking them to refund my money or replace the car because they violated their own policy and sold me an accidental car which is not acceptable to me.
