I had selected a kia sonet and wanted to get my current car evaluated for exchange. They took 7 days and gave a ridiculous price that delayed the buying process for me. The problem starts after buying the car. The backend support and after sales support is what you expect to be seamless. They say no hidden cost and complete process of transfer will be taken care by spinny. This is FALSE.
They started RC transfer application after 60 days of purchase and kept making excuses.
Apparently they dont support in insurance transfer. The RC receipt was in the name of seller whereas insurance company whom i had to contact requested the name of buyer should have been in the receipt. The RC transfer isn’t done yet and insurance cannot be transferred. it has been a mental harrasment following up with them. Was this information helpful? |
