Spinny — Car rc transfer

Hi my name is PARVESH YADAV, mobile number [protected], car number HR26DG8763, I am purchasing a car on 23 nov 2023, but after 40 days rc transfer STATUS NOT AVAILABLE, last 15 days I am trying to ask but everytime they are making fool, every time saying file submitted buyer rto, first they says process complete in 60-90 days, now says 180 days in rc transfer, seriously .
If you are not able to do your promises then why making false promises while selling the vehicle, you are cheating the customer, I am asking give me the rto receipt if file submitted but everyone give excuses no one try to understand I am facing issues, I am already buy a car from market and rc transfer done in 20 days but I am not understand why spinny need 6 months in rc transfer .
