Spinny — Completion of RC transfer from RTO, but not receipt of balance amount from SPINNY

My father was personally visited RTO office on 22/03/3023 for RC transfer and the same has done within same day.
As per SPINNY’s confirmation the balance amount will be credited within 1 to 2 hours but still fund not credited in my account.
